² Whole wallboard adopted high precision machining center, CNC grinding machine for grinding processing, 50mm.

² Drive gears adopted 40Cro alloy steel, carbonizing and quenching treatment, hardness HRC 58-62°,gear grinding processing and ensured long-term used of tinted with high precision.

² Key-less connection to eliminate clearance. It is suitable for long term high speed running.  

² Lubrication system is adopted automatic spray type lubrication, equipped with double oil level balance system.

² The machine shaft and rollers are adopted high quality steel, grinding processing, high precision computer dynamic balancing correction and surface treated by hard chromium plating.

² Driving bearings adopted three big domestic famous brand: Hrb, Va and los, important driving parts adopt heavy-duty self-aligning bearings, simple maintenance, long using life.

² The machine is adopted adjustment preset functions, feeding, printing, die-cutting, automatic zero resetting and memory automatic reset.

² Working gap adjustment is rapid adjustment without wrench, quick performance and convenient adjustment.

² Main motor is adopted frequency conversion control, Telda transducer. It makes smart, running more steadily and save more energy.

² Feeding part:adopted press lightly leading edge paper feeding system, double conveyor roller structure, left and right side baffles and block box adopted by electric adjustment, and equipped with pneumatic line device, make paperboard transverse positioning more accurate.

² Printing roller adopts hangs plate device, foot switch controls positive and reverse. It’s convenient and fast to load and unload printing plate.

² Axial transverse of printing roller adopted by PLC with touch screen and electric digital adjustment, the total adjusting range is 10mm.

² Each unit controlled by PLC with touch screen.

² Printing unit: two anilox rollers made in Jiangsu “Yudong”,250 lines, three ceramic anilox rollers made in Jiangsu “Yudong”, 550 lines.

² Rubber roller: two made in Jizhou, three scraper fixed ink system made in Guangzhou “Kerou”, network printing effect is better.

² Anilox roller coordinate with feeding system, air pressure type lifting device.(The anilox roller falls according to the unit order when paperboard feeding to avoid the printing ink for many times, when stopped feeding, lift up according to the unit order, and set the time on the computer).

² Die-cutting unit: individual drive, controlled by servo motor ( KEB).

² Free plate die-cutting slotting steel knife mold, do regular box slotting and corner cutting , it has box height synchronous adjustment function.

² Tinted precision:±0.5mm.

Feeding unit 

•Adopts lead edge feeding combined with vacuum system. Adjust wind volume according on cardboard bending degree to ensure feeding paper smoothly.

•Main motor start protecting device, when the machine units not be clocked, machine can’t run.

•Double feeding rubber roller, the rubber roller has slot for prevent the overlarge pressure.

•Front feeding rubber roller with air cylinder cushioning device, feeding accurately and stable, will not destroy the hardness of the cardboard when the feeding space is small.

•The side baffles adopt motorized digital control. The back baffle box be adjusted by motorized, the front baffles space adopts manual adjustment.

•With brush dust-remove device with dust-absorption blower. Can adjust the wind volume accord the cardboard size.

•Electric control units separation with warming belt, to ensure worker safe.

•Electric counting device set production quantity, when complete the production automatically warm( if use touch screen control, adjust quantity though touch screen directly.

Printing unit

•The printing roller used of seamless steel pipe doquenching and high temperature tempering, the surface be grinded, hard chrome plated, balance correction, running smoothly.

•With quickly change printing plate device, when load or unload printing plate, foot switch electric control roller run clockwise or anticlockwise.

•The feeding roller impression roller, rubber roller and anilox roller space adjusted by self-locking device.

•Printing and phase fixed device, pneumatic brake. When units separating or cleaning, braking mechanism limit gear running, keep original gear’s position.

•The anilox roller adopt automatic pneumatic up-down device( when feeding, anilox roller down automatically according to order, when stop, anilox roller lift according order)

•Adopts pneumatic diaphragm pump inking, automatically recycle, water cleaning.

•With “clean printing plate” function, after washing the printing plate, the printing roller will back to the original printing position.

Die-cutting Unit

•With pre-creasing wheels for prevent the cardboard rupture while creasing.

•Single roller with double knives slotting, the height of the carton adopt PLC and electric input data adjustment.(PLCwith touch screen adjustment optional)

•Slotting phase adopt PLC and electric 360° adjustment, adjusted while machine running or stopping.  (PLCwith touch screen adjustment optional)
•Slotting knives and creasing wheels horizontal moving adopt electric synchronous adjustment. (PLCwith touch screen adjustment optional)

•An anticollision device is used while the slotting knives plate horizontal moving(electric type) and the carton height adjustment,will not destroy the machine.
• The rubber roller adopts mechanical screw type horizontal movement, the movement distance is 25mm, with double case.

•The space adjustment between rubber roller and die roller adopt self-locking device, and with air cylinder adjust quickly in large range, reduce rubber destroy, prolong rubber use life.

•Feeding roller spaces adjusting adopts self-locking device.

•Speed compensation device can make the rubber roller slipping follow die roller, prolong the rubber life.

• With steel slotting ring that 4ring adjusted together.

Stacking Unit

•The paper catching arm can be automatically operated or by hand. Installed with safety mechanism to prevent the paper catching arm from sudden dropping and to ensure the safety of the operating personal.

•The lathe platform rising up and dropping down is driven by the power chain.

•With rising of the card board piles the lathe platform can automatically regulate the tilting height. The elevator attaches the brake function to make the lathe platform to keep the fixed position and not to slide.

•Pneumatic paper lifting mechanism. When the card board have piled to the planned height, the paper catching holding plate will be open automatically, the pedestal will hold the card boards.

•The surface corrugation leather belt can prevent the Cardboard to slide.
